Customer service

We bought 2 fusion cameras which have been working great but we cannot Talk to anyone about changing plans or questions about our cameras, we have been on hold for hours and emails we send are not responded too! These guys just suck!

User's recommendation: I would tell people not to buy these cameras mainly because of customer service, in our opinion both our cameras have taken good photos.

Poor Product and Zero Customer Service

This company obviously has a problem with their product and are overwhelmed with complaints. I have 4 cameras and none of the motions sensors work unless I drive by with a four wheeler! My none wireless cameras mounted on the same tree take hundreds of pictures. Customer service is completely non-responsive. Horrible Product with no support.

Tech support

I have a fusion cam that quit working after trying to download software updates. I've tried to get In touch with customer service for the last 3 days. Tried 5 different times and have been on hold for over 3 hrs. Sent an email with no reply. They are still collecting their $20 monthly fee though! -5 stars is still too high for a camera that is 3 months old, doesn't work and no help in resolving the issues!

Can't get help and doesn't take good pictures

I wouldn't even think of buying one of their cameras. I've been trying to get help and the first time I tried calling, after a long wait I was told it would be 72 minutes before someone would get to me. I'm actually trying again as I'm writing this and so far it's over 15 minutes and nothing. I also have cheap camera that I feel takes better pictures than the Stealth and they want $20 a month to transmit the pictures. Totally not worth the money

Poor customer service

Had 2 cameras with problems. They were past the warranty date so was offered two new cameras at 40% discount. I agreed and paid for cameras and shipping. It has now been 49 days and no cameras. I have phone in on 2 occasions and no one seems to be able to tell me why my cameras are not being sent. You are literally on hold for over an hour waiting for a customer service rep to take your call. They have your number and when you get disconnected they don't bother to call you back so you have to start over.

User's recommendation: If your warrant is outdated, purchase your cameras from another company as this company has no customer service at all.

Customer Service BAD - Stealth Cam COMMAND Upgrade info

Weeks trying to talk to someone - NOT A CHANCE. If they did answer I was transferred and no one ever picked up. NOT EXAGERATING - HOURS ON HOLD each time I called. NOTE: Their directions on upgrading your cell camera is WRONG - for the STC - GXATW it says on step # 14 to leave the selector switch on TEST but you actually need to switch to ON so the INITIALIZING MODEM begins to run. Then it will complete new upgrade set up and you can sync with your new APP. So SAD there's no help with this....these things cost MONEY!!!!!!!

User's recommendation: Find a friend who has one.....a smart friend. Customer Service does not exist at this place.

Poor customer service

I cannot find my operator's manual nor is it posted on their website. I wrote to them a week ago and never received a reply. I tried calling today but nobody answered. After listening to ten minutes of irritating music I gave up.

Customer service and warranty

I purchased a camera Model STC-TS16K around February of this year. It worked for roughly 2 months and went down. Didn't get around to contacting the company until today. Called company and they gave me the option of them calling me back or to wait on the line. I opted for the call back. A gentleman called me back and inquired about my problem. I explained the problem and he described to me how to do a "Hard Reset". It didn't work so he said that they would replace it for me if I paid the shipping of the new camera and the return of the old camera.I agreed. He told me he was having computer problems and to please hang on. He then hung up on me. I waited for a return call and NOTHING. I called back and once again opted for the call back. This time a woman called me back. I explained the situation that had happened with the previous call. She told me that they wouldn't replace it but they would give me either a 40% or 50% discount depending on if I wanted to return the old one or not. She then told me the nearest camera that they had would cost me around $160 AFTER the discount! I only paid about $130 for the broken camera!!! They sell you "refurbished" cameras but they don't do repairs! What a RACKET! Sell low quality product that lasted 2 months and then wont repair but try to sell you another one! I bought this camera to try a better quality one than the $20 Walmart junk that I have used before. Oh, and the second call ended with her pulling the "Can you hear me now?" routine..

No help what so ever!!!

My camera wont work so I called them was put on hold for over an hour and hung up no emails back and Im pay 20$ a month for it not worth it

Impossible to reach customer service

I am now contacting Amazon.com to return the product for a refund and since I can't log into AT&T to cancel my monthly fee for the data card, I'll start disputing the charge on my creditcard invoice.

I registered my wireless card through StealthCam and now I am unable to reach customer service ... a 45 minute wait, and then they say I need to be re-routed to another number. This happened twice, and now I'm beyond frustrated. I would give a negative 5 star review if that was possible NEVER purchase anything from this company. You've been warned. Thanks for reading. Stealth has no repair service nor repair service subcontractor. If the camera is under warranty they will replace it.

Have 4 barely past one year warranty and the on/off switch quit on 2 (one Stealth one Muddy)and a third (Muddy) has same problem off and on.

Customer service essentially said “too bad so sad - pitch them” If under warranty, they want the original purchase receipts or invoice to replace it. There should be a warning on packaging advising that you need to keep your receipts.

i spoke to supervisor Mr ray o and ask him to send right card reader for stealth cam for I phone which never was in the box he refused it and he wants me to buy it for 40$ plus shipping which should be in the box at the first place ..!!! it is so disappointing

Unhappy

Camera is good. But customer service is non existent. After the free month it locks you into a $20 month service and the app wont let you change it. Unable to reach a person to help.

I'm having the same problem, camera is good, after the free month it quit working, on the command App under cellular settings, LAST SYNC it states in red NO sync in the last 5 day. I tried and tried calling, no luck and i sent several emails, no response.

I've been on the phone for 3 plus hours just to talk to someone I picked all the options right waited a hour they transferred me to someone else and waiting another hour and still waiting this is bs and im really starting to turn away from stealth because of this reason

Inadequate Customer Service

Will not answer phone or email. Cameras are junk!!Buy another brand! Buy another brand! Camera will not take daytime pictures. Customer service lines places on hold saying 64 minute wait, goes to 45 minutes, then to 88 minutes.
