Camera wont let me set date and time right out of the box....not a huge deal, but what is a HUGE deal is how it takes pictures only about 20% of the time. I wrote an email to stealth and they didn't even respond. Couldn't care less. They have my money so why bother

Stealth cam- lousy service

I have 5 stealth cams. Within 14 months 2 stopped working. I take meticulous care of all of my gear. To have 2 fail so quickly is astounding, so I contacted Stealth Cam's customer "service". They all but accused me of mishandling and misusing the cameras, and implied it was my fault that 20% of the cameras I purchased are junk. Talk about a rude and unprofessional excuse for customer service. I will NEVER buy their products again because of this.

I have about 6 of them that lasted less than 2 years they are absolute junk with a 1 year warranty.

Sucks

I have placed camera over dead carcasses and they were moved and no pics. Other times I've seen deer in front of it and hardly any pics. Video mode dosent work. Not a good value even if it was free. Oh and when you walk in front on test mode the light flashes like it does work. *** poor excuse for a trail cam.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY

I HAVE BEEN TO THE CAMERA TWICE TO GET THE SD CARDS OUT AND WATER POURED OUT THE BOTTOM WHEN I OPENED IT, THE SD CARD WAS SATURATED. MODEL: STC-G45NG TAKES GOOD PICTURES BUT THE WATER ISSUE HAS MESSED UP THE SD CARD AND PICTURES. JUST BOUGHT THIS CAMERA FROM BASS PRO SHOP ON 5/25/17. I HAVE 2 CUDDEBACK IR CAMERAS THAT I HAVE OWNED FOR 5 YEARS AND THEY WERE OUT WHEN SC HAD THE 1000 YEAR FLOOD AND THE HURRICANE. THE BOOKLET SAYS THE CAMERAS ARE WEATHER RESISTANT NOT WATERPROOF. GIVE ME A BREAK STEALTH CAM, YOU CAN NOT RUN TO THE WOODS AND TAKE YOUR CAMERA OUT OF THE WEATHER. WATERPROOF IT LIKE CUDDEBACK. TANYA

I bought 2 Stealth px18 and carefully placed them on my Property last October (2016)

This is my 1st experience with Trail Cameras. The pictures were Great and I was very happy.

I picked up the Cameras in late November, so they were out only 1 month. During the off-Season the cameras were shutoff and Batteries removed and stored inside my House !! I put the cameras (With New Batteries) back out on my property in October 2017 .

November 18 One Camera quit working !!! I’m NOT Happy !!!

External batteries do not last a year.

Ipurchased an external 12 volt battery for my stealth cam camera.This battery did not last through a 3 month hunting season,Ihad the battery checked at a local shop and was told the battery was bad.I contacted Stealth and they replaced my battery.So now a couple years later I had bought another 12 volt battery for my second camera,I charged that battery for 15 hours,hooked up my camera and nothing happened.Once again I take the battery to my buddy at the shop and was told this battery is bad also.This makes me want to trash this Stealth stuff and go to a different company.

Stealth Cam Company Poor Customer Service

I received a Stealth Cam Infrared I540IR Game camera for Fathers Day from my kids. When I opened it up and put batteries in it did not power up. It was dead. I called customer service to see what they would do about it. Got a RMA number and returned camera, 3 weeks later sent email not response, two more weeks sent another email no response. I called and finally got thru customer service was rude. I finally sent 3rd email after 2 months and I received a beat up piece of junk in the mail. I mailed a brand-new camera and get old piece of junk. Tried calling again busy sent another email no response. Do Not Buy any Stealth Cam Products. Customer Service Stinks and they will rip you off.
