Customer service is very poor

Customer service never answer's the phone. I have called (9) different times with no answer after waiting for really long times. Once I remained on the phone holding for over an hour and finally gave up. I also sent emails asking them to call me back with no return phone call and no read receipt. The camera's and plans are no good if customer service is poor!! They messed up my billing. I have (3) camera's and wanted the $50.00 plan but instead have (2) of my camera's on the $20.00 ($40.00 per month) and (1) of my camera's on the $50.00 plan. My total billing from them is $90.00 per month and it should be $50.00 per month. They wont answer the phone so this can be sorted out.

User's recommendation: Do your homework and start with a company that has the best customer service first and them choose a camera/plan from that company. DO nt make the mistake that I did and base your entire decision on camera's and plan cost.

Horrible Customer Service

Everyone time you need to speak to someone its a 2 hour wait. A lot of the updates they push out cause issues and you have call the and wait 2 hours and 50% of the time they need to escalate to someone else.

Add more customer service reps. You obviously need them. I have 5 of your cameras and will start to switch to a competitor if customer service doesn’t improve

No Customer Service, plan is not a plan

Over charged my credit card 50% over monthly plan claiming overage usage. That makes no sence, my batteries were dead no pics for last 2 weeks the plan was for 650 pics, i might have got around 100 but they charged me for an overage. Appearently it doesnt matter what plan you have if an animal or person runs circles around your camera your paying overage charges. I cannot get any customer service, I deleted the camera and Plan but can't remove Credit Card information and cant get any customer service to answer the phone or emails to remove my credit card information. Stay away from this service.Stay away from this service.

Customer service

terrible customer service!! double billed me and they dont return emails, put me on hold 2 days in a row. 30 minutes 1 day, i finally hung up. called repeatedly today only to get a busy signal. am on hold for thirty minutes now as i write this review. PATHETIC CS

Terrible Customer Service!!

Trying to upgrade a Stealth Cam Card Reader for my Iphone. The app store says the delevoper must upgrade product! I would not buy anything from this company.........

NO customer service help!

Camera worked fine the first hunting season but when tried to set it up for up coming hunting season it would not connect to the network. I tried calling CS numerous times (always busy) and I even sent an email with NO Reply after 3 weeks of waiting. I wasted $300 on Stealth camera!

Im pissed

I have been tryng to contact Stealth Cam for weeks now. I keep getting put into the hold cycle and no one ever picks up. Online Chat wasn't working either. This company sucks.

Have tried to contact tech support to resolve a problem with my Fusion Stealth Cam. Multiple times stayed on hold for over one hour and still did not get through. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am getting NO HELP with customer support!

I have been trying to contact customer support for over a month with not one reply. I bought two cameras and only one works. I was on the 30 day trial for the wireless plan and when I tried switch the plan it would not let me switch. I was billed $20.00 for each camera and only one works. calling is no help as I am on hold for an hour with no one answering. every time I call. It would be nice if someone would contact me

Ive been on hold four separate occasions for over 15 minutes each You can not get a hold of anybody no one calls you back. its the worst customer service do not purchase anything from them including muddy same company same customer service brand do not do it you will regret anything that goes wrong with their products you cant get a hold of anybody Added a photo of one of my on hold experiences John Q

I have 2 camera 1 don't work at all the second one sends me pictures from 9/10/21the someone tried to get hold of someone in customer relations and was put on hold for 5 hours after 5 days this is the cellular side of stealth cam

Paying for something

I have 2 cameras 1 has not worked in a week the other keeps sending me pictures from 09/10/21 at 4:16pm I have been on hold for 5 hours trying to talk to someone today I got hold of someone and they hung up me after an hour on hold

They are good camera's but you cannot get any customer service support

Been trying to get someone on the phone for two weeks. 30 minutes every time to answer. like this you have to write 100 carecters

Sd card reader doesn't still under warranty, can not reach customer service!!!!!!!!!!

SD card reader doesn't work. Says no card inserted when there is a card inserted. Customer service will not let you speak to live person.

Not working

I had one Stealth Cam for a week. It was unable to take a single picture or video. Well, bad luck, it happens. I returned it to the seller. I bought 2 cams (much cheaper) from different companies. They work great. Recently, I got another Stealth C. Not working again !!!
