Camera will not work
Batteries ran low, replaced them all three lights light up will not take pictures please call me back need help.

Purchased Deceptor, used it for two months. Stored indoors with batteries removed.
Ten months later, set it up and it only worked for 12 hours, then nothing after a night of fog. Used online warranty form, received no confirmation. Emailed, was told FedEx would send replacement in 7-10 days. That was in October 2024.
Still no camera or refund in March 2025.
I kept up the dialogue with customer service, even speaking with a supervisor. Still nothing.

- After minimal use
- It stopped working

I can’t understand the person on the phone they sound like they are in India. They were no help at all and had no idea what could de causing the problem.
All of a sudden all six camera started acting up. Three stopped reporting and the other three show pictures from all three working cameras any time to request photos from any of the six cameras.

Pictures work fine in the daytime. Nighttime pictures come up black.
It worked fine for the first part of hunting season but now, all I see in the nighttime pictures is a black screen. During the daytime, the pictures are great, unbelievable, in fact.
I can't figure out why this is happening. For the last week or so, it will only show daytime pictures, not nighttime.

Horrible customer service, horrible warranty, exchange, returns process.
I spent nearly $400 on three stealth cams a month ago. One of them has issues with getting moisture inside and all three have issues with false triggers wasting data.
After multiple attempts, I was finally able to speak to someone at stealth cam hoping that they would send a replacement for the camera with the moisture issue which is causing foggy photos. I was told that I would have to send the defective one back first, then they would send me a replacement. It is the middle of deer season and a partially functional camera is better than no camera at all. You would think being a hunting centered business, they would want to do what they can to support their hunting customers, yet they do not.
They sell overpriced, mediocre products and have horrible customer service. I will have three Stealth Cams for sale soon.

Customer service is an embarrassment for the company.
Sent my camera back with a RGA number and a month later and four phones calls later, no camera replacement. Everyone claims they are going to upgrade the camera and they will follow up with an email and a tracking number.
At this point I am convinced they are running a scam with no intentions of replacing my camera. I will turn off my other cameras and purchasing from another company.

Worse customer service ever. I thought Spypoint was gonna be hard to beat yet here we are a NEW WINNER.
I purchased a couple of cellular cameras. One will take pictures 2/3 of them nothing there, the other camera not a single picture was taken after I setup on my lease out of state mind you. Here's the major pain call service zero customer respect, after the disrespectful attitude trying to explain the issues they hang up. You call back wait and wait you again explain the whole time both parties have been communicating.
I then said forget about it give me a refund on my data plan since I didn't even use 1/10 of data because of your garbage cameras, now it's hello hello hello are you still there we're gonna have to hang up since we can not hear you. You got it CLICK. So here I am with several garbage cameras zero customer support.
With Stealth Cams, Muddy, and several other being operated together I can not imagine the frustration others are going through with this TECH SUPPORT BEING SUCH *@%^HEADS. Let it be known you have been warned do not use these cameras.

Your product is supposed to be the best in the nation, and I'll agree you have a good product. However, your products are only as good as your customer service/technical support, which is terrible.
I was a new user, a landowner not a hunter, and called for support three times since I purchased one of your cameras in July 2023. Each time your customer service said, 'They have to switch me to technical support, who will return my call in the order it was received' and 'because it is the start of the hunting season, there are more calls creating a backlog in returning calls'. I never received a call back! After the first of the year, I received an email telling me that I will probably have to close the account and redo it to get the camera (which worked fine for three months) to begin working again.
I worked in customer service and retail for 40+ years; you do not keep customers with that treatment.
I closed my account and will be going with another company for my replacement cameras. I am also not recommending your products to my friends and hunters, as you cannot provide service.
Your camera cost me approximately $120 with tax, plus the monthly subscription fee for six months. For me, this camera was not worth the subscription fee, let alone the price for the equipment.

I really like their cameras. Fair price.

Im trying to stay positive thru this experience, but their customer service is ruining it! The call center is extremely loud. I have trouble understanding them. Nothing accomplished.
The last 2 days they promised to call me back! THEY HAVE NOT CALLED ME BACK.
The last conversation we had they tried telling me my camera is not working because it isnt cellular camera.
The camera, the antenna all in front of me!!
I am beside myself! Thinking it might be time to switch to a company with good customer service!!

Verified Buyer |Bad out of the box camera Coneect
Camera would not enter program to register, kept indicating no SD card or low battery. Tried 4 different class 10 31Gb SD cards 2 sets of brand-new batteries and their solar power pack.
Verified battery volt with fluke meter, all sources read at least 12.volts DC. SD cards performed well in other cameras.
User's recommendation: Don' expect them to honor warrenty unless you are ready to eat the cost of shipping for an item purchased from them directly but it from amazon or some place with free returns no questions asked

Had a camera that wouldnt sync with app in July 2024talked with customer service 5 times nowthey dropped my camera that was working off my plan instead of the one that didnt workstill not resolved and now have no camera working but there still billing me for 2 camssupervisor was supposed to call me backstill waiting
