My boyfriend bought FOUR of your Stealth Cam Fusion X trail cams and we are so disappointed with all of them. We received various photos during the fall but now that the snow is on the ground we can see we are missing a lot more activity. I have photos I can send to you showing the tracks in the snow from control pic to control pic BUT NOT ONE NOTIFICATION BETWEEN. Spending $400 on cameras that are missing more than we realize now has left us very frustrated.

Lost the fix email that was sent to me

my stealth cam has 3 red lights that come on then they go off, both green lights come on battery light, then network light but account light does not come on you sent the solution to this but lost it. thank you. I do have a current account.

Cameras are not sending pictures one will not sync

Deactivate two cameras change plan they still charge me 50 bucks instead of 20 for two months and counting. One camera won't even sync to phone another camera won't send pics until it sends it's once a day pic you sit on hold forever sometimes 2 hours or more done with stealth cam. 3 fusion stealth cams for sale

Company does not answer phone calls

My stealth cam is hung up in pending and I can't get the company to respond. They had me on hold for 40 minutes. I then hung up

Technical have no clue about the products. E.g. how to load firmware onto G45NGMAX

"7. Press the UP button to select the SW UPGRADE menu item" THERE IS NO SW UPGRADE OPTION TO SELECT I bought 2 of G45NGMAX. The time scheduling function doesn't work on either of them. They take pics at random times of day and night when sheduled only to take picx after dark. I called 3 times and eventually got through to technical. None of the 3 employees I spoke to had a solution as to how to transfer the firmware upgrade to the camera. Summer (helpful lass, but without company support||) took 5 mins to try to find an answer, but step 7 isnt possible.

User's recommendation: Buy your trail cams from a company that knows how their products work.

Camera stopped working

Could not get camera to synch but after talking to a Technician I was instructed how to fix issue and it did function as they said they were knowledgeable about their product

Poor Support

I had an issue with a Fusion camera. I couldn't find any information on Stealthcam's website. Support as listed on their website is vague at best. You can call the number listed, but plan on hours of waiting on hold.

Infomration for others

Stealth cam offers a 30-day trial; however, I was billed for $20.00 unlimited and then another $43.30 for second camera. Each time I have called, it is about a 1 hour before wait before being assisted. DO NOT give them your card number. No refund is their policy. Very poor customer service. Having to work with BB to get some type of support. Will not use any of their products going forward.

Broken camera

Worst customer service ever. New camera worked for a week and shut down and cannot get in touch with anyone to warranty the camera.

Customer service

Was sent email to do a required update. It made the cam a brick. Since it was 1 year and 3 days old, and I no longer had the receipt so they would not cover it under warranty. Spent 2 hours on hold just to talk to a rep. Cam worked fine until the required update. Also had to be at cam to do the bad update. Couldnt do it remotely.

Setup screen so small I can't read it with my glasses on and I bought one last year that drains the batteries in hours
