Horrible customer service have emails and emails with out any response sad that its mostly the same company that covers the cameras I can afford.you pay for a service they do not provide.have changed cameras have moved them to different places on the ranch also moved to different ranchs and still service is bad

My camera stopped sending photographs to my cell phone. I called customer service half a dozen times. My longest wait was over 2 hours. I NEVER got an answer. I emailed the problem. NEVER got an answer. The customer support doesn't exist with this company. I will never purchase another product from stealth cam. I did try the online chat, but had to accept a $1 charge and a $55/month future charges before I could get any answers. What a scam!!!

Resolved: Can not get any response from customer service.

Can not get into old account bought new camera started new account under same email linked up but my other 2 are connected to old account need alll 3 together. Did forgot password would not send email back. Been on hold for hours. Not happy. Worst customer service ive ever dealt with. Wont even email me back.

Everytime i call your customer service it take 30 mins to an hour just to talk to a person. you should add more people to answer your phones. you are upsetting a lot of customers.

TERRIBLE customer service, cameras EAT batteries, VERY POOR instruction manuals

For Christmas 2023 our son gave my wife and I each a Fusion X Pro camera. Instruction manual was a bit cryptic, but we got it figured out.

3 weeks later the batteries were gone. After reading reviews (NOT on their website) I changed settings to mitigate that. OK so now 4 weeks later the batteries were gone. OK, the solution is rechargeable batteries so I bought those.

OH, BTW they dont recommended rechargeable batteries (again, info NOT from their website or customer service). OK so the Sol-Pak is the answer, bought 2 of those. Instruction manual is a total joke. Do you leave batteries in, take them out, leave the battery carrier in or take it out, is there a fix for the plug slipping out of the camera?

NO INFORMATION on their website and submitted a service request, no response. I then called customer service and after an endless phone tree, a woman answered and told me someone would call me back; no call (BIG surprise). I again submitted an online service request, 2 days later I get an email telling me to call customer service. Youve GOT to be kidding me.

The ONLY response I ever got from them is when I submitted a request to return the Sol-Paks, THEN I got a response, and finally got my questions answered. Too bad it had to come to that. Anyway, after lots of trial and error, the cameras are working. I shudder to think what will happen if I need to use the warranty.

I would NOT recommend this camera simply due to the company and their complete last of concern for the customer. The camera itself seems pretty OK.

If you want to buy the camera buy stock in Duracell, get ready for hours of trial and error, and be happy with no customer support. If you want to buy the camera, do so on Amazon or some other institution where you can buy a warranty..

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Last call to concierge service the person in the phone was very understanding, first time they were.

In all fairness every other time, the lady I spoke to was very by the book. The gentleman I spoke to this time put me right through to a tech.

Money scam

I had a camera but it didnt work for me so I returned it to the store. Ok while I had it I bought a $5 data plan that I have been trying to cancel for 3 months now and cant get ahold of anyone who can cancel it and return my money. Now when I try to log in it says check your email and password and it will not let me in to the app to cancel it! Ive had my email for 20 years at least. I only had the plan for a few hours and took a couple of pictures I am demanding that someone of authority call me back! Thank you, Angela Mason

THEY KEEP TURNING OFF ONE OF MY 4 CAMERAS CLAIMING I EXCEEDED MY MONTHLY LIMIT. I PAY FOR 600 PICS/MO AND HAVE SEVERAL TIMES GOTTEN TURNED OFF JUST OVER 300. THEN HAVE TO WAIT FOR NEXT BILLING CYCLE TO REACTIVATE.

Having issues with my Stealth Cam Sonix Pro. Both my cameras not working at all stopped at the same time. Less than 4 months old. Called in to support, was told it would be up to 72 hours for someone to get back with me. That means they have a lot of issues with their product. I'm being charged for a service I'm not able to use. This is unacceptable! Called back a second time...typical answering service and shunned me off again and said they are backed up on calls and that it can take up to 27 hours...unacceptable!!!
