New cam not working
Camera doesn't work or connect. I don't feel like I have to pay someone to fix the problem on a new camera with new batteries and an SD card.
Preferred solution: Full refund
New muddy mitigation 2.0 won’t work
Hard to listen to woman’s voice
New Muddy Mitigator 2.0 will not connect to the current plan or turn off with the switch; I have to remove the battery.
All lights light up and stay that way.

Poor customer service
I've been trying for a week now to talk to someone. There are always at least 280 people waiting on the phone in front of me.
Do you just have one person talking calls or what? It looks like management needs to get off their butts and see what's going on. I will never purchase another stealth cam for this reason.
Please look into this issue to help the other poor souls that have bought your cell cams. Bad way to run a business.

Verified ReviewerTrying to get my stealth cams activated
I bought a trail-tek combo package which includes 3 months of activation. I tried to register my cameras and activate them, but they are asking for bank card information, which said nothing about my 3 months of service.
I'm new to the trail cameras and need information on how to use them properly.
I tried calling and finally got a call back an hour later, which got cut off for whatever reason. Now I'm waiting again.

They could at least tell you the truth when you call customer service and do as they tell you. Send a tracking number as promised and do a follow up on it.

Me & my son both have fusion pro cameras all of them stoped sending notifications of new photos. There still taking pict but not notifying us of new photo available. U can see them when u go into the app

Purchased Deceptor, used it for two months. Stored indoors with batteries removed.
Ten months later, set it up and it only worked for 12 hours, then nothing after a night of fog. Used online warranty form, received no confirmation. Emailed, was told FedEx would send replacement in 7-10 days. That was in October 2024.
Still no camera or refund in March 2025.
I kept up the dialogue with customer service, even speaking with a supervisor. Still nothing.
- Good pictures and convenient data reception
- After minimal use
- And 1 month prior to warranty expiration
- It stopped working

Camera will not work
Batteries ran low, replaced them all three lights light up will not take pictures please call me back need help.
I can’t understand the person on the phone they sound like they are in India. They were no help at all and had no idea what could de causing the problem.
All of a sudden all six camera started acting up. Three stopped reporting and the other three show pictures from all three working cameras any time to request photos from any of the six cameras.

Pictures work fine in the daytime. Nighttime pictures come up black.
It worked fine for the first part of hunting season but now, all I see in the nighttime pictures is a black screen. During the daytime, the pictures are great, unbelievable, in fact.
I can't figure out why this is happening. For the last week or so, it will only show daytime pictures, not nighttime.

Revolver 360 camera broken
3photo frames have condensation internal-cant see picturei-easy to contact a tech,Eduardo was very polite and in formative and provided a quick solution-only downside to experience is they have to Recieve broken camera before mailing replacement!this causes me to not have my camera in the peak of the rut
Horrible customer service, horrible warranty, exchange, returns process.
I spent nearly $400 on three stealth cams a month ago. One of them has issues with getting moisture inside and all three have issues with false triggers wasting data.
After multiple attempts, I was finally able to speak to someone at stealth cam hoping that they would send a replacement for the camera with the moisture issue which is causing foggy photos. I was told that I would have to send the defective one back first, then they would send me a replacement. It is the middle of deer season and a partially functional camera is better than no camera at all. You would think being a hunting centered business, they would want to do what they can to support their hunting customers, yet they do not.
They sell overpriced, mediocre products and have horrible customer service. I will have three Stealth Cams for sale soon.

Customer service is an embarrassment for the company.
Sent my camera back with a RGA number and a month later and four phones calls later, no camera replacement. Everyone claims they are going to upgrade the camera and they will follow up with an email and a tracking number.
At this point I am convinced they are running a scam with no intentions of replacing my camera. I will turn off my other cameras and purchasing from another company.
