Horrible horrible customer service and product

Been on hold for two hours. And have tried to get through to the company for the past two days. Have three of these cameras and WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN EVER!!! Been having issues with the cameras updating and sending images to my phone it does neither! *** terrible product

Poor customer service for an even worse camera

My husband and I had purchased three of the muddy brand cellular cameras, they were working amazing. Until we had to do an upgrade. The upgrade took days and the instructions sucked. So we returned the cameras that we were not able to able to upgrade, got different...

Cameras are not sending pictures one will not sync

Deactivate two cameras change plan they still charge me 50 bucks instead of 20 for two months and counting. One camera won't even sync to phone another camera won't send pics until it sends it's once a day pic you sit on hold forever sometimes 2 hours or more done with stealth cam. 3 fusion stealth cams for sale

Technical have no clue about the products. E.g. how to load firmware onto G45NGMAX

"7. Press the UP button to select the SW UPGRADE menu item" THERE IS NO SW UPGRADE OPTION TO SELECT I bought 2 of G45NGMAX. The time scheduling function doesn't work on either of them. They take pics at random times of day and night when sheduled only to take picx after dark. I called 3 times and eventually got through to technical. None of the 3 employees I spoke to had a solution as to how to transfer the firmware upgrade to the camera. Summer (helpful lass, but without company support||) took 5 mins to try to find an answer, but step 7 isnt possible.

Poor Support

I had an issue with a Fusion camera. I couldn't find any information on Stealthcam's website. Support as listed on their website is vague at best. You can call the number listed, but plan on hours of waiting on hold.

Infomration for others

Stealth cam offers a 30-day trial; however, I was billed for $20.00 unlimited and then another $43.30 for second camera. Each time I have called, it is about a 1 hour before wait before being assisted. DO NOT give them your card number. No refund is their policy. Very poor customer service. Having to work with BB to get some type of support. Will not use any of their products going forward.

Broken camera

Customer service is very poor

Customer service never answer's the phone. I have called (9) different times with no answer after waiting for really long times. Once I remained on the phone holding for over an hour and finally gave up. I also sent emails asking them to call me back with no return phone call and no read receipt. The camera's and plans are no good if customer service is poor!! They messed up my billing. I have (3) camera's and wanted the $50.00 plan but instead have (2) of my camera's on the $20.00 ($40.00 per month) and (1) of my camera's on the $50.00 plan. My total billing from them is $90.00 per month and it should be $50.00 per month. They wont answer the phone so this can be sorted out.

User's recommendation: Do your homework and start with a company that has the best customer service first and them choose a camera/plan from that company. DO nt make the mistake that I did and base your entire decision on camera's and plan cost.

No Customer Service, plan is not a plan

Over charged my credit card 50% over monthly plan claiming overage usage. That makes no sence, my batteries were dead no pics for last 2 weeks the plan was for 650 pics, i might have got around 100 but they charged me for an overage. Appearently it doesnt matter what plan you have if an animal or person runs circles around your camera your paying overage charges. I cannot get any customer service, I deleted the camera and Plan but can't remove Credit Card information and cant get any customer service to answer the phone or emails to remove my credit card information. Stay away from this service.Stay away from this service.

Terrible Customer Service!!

Trying to upgrade a Stealth Cam Card Reader for my Iphone. The app store says the delevoper must upgrade product! I would not buy anything from this company.........

Im pissed

I have been tryng to contact Stealth Cam for weeks now. I keep getting put into the hold cycle and no one ever picks up. Online Chat wasn't working either. This company sucks.

I am getting NO HELP with customer support!

I have been trying to contact customer support for over a month with not one reply. I bought two cameras and only one works. I was on the 30 day trial for the wireless plan and when I tried switch the plan it would not let me switch. I was billed $20.00 for each camera and only one works. calling is no help as I am on hold for an hour with no one answering. every time I call. It would be nice if someone would contact me

I have 2 camera 1 don't work at all the second one sends me pictures from 9/10/21the someone tried to get hold of someone in customer relations and was put on hold for 5 hours after 5 days this is the cellular side of stealth cam
