Customer service

Was sent email to do a required update. It made the cam a brick. Since it was 1 year and 3 days old, and I no longer had the receipt so they would not cover it under warranty. Spent 2 hours on hold just to talk to a rep. Cam worked fine until the required update. Also had to be at cam to do the bad update. Couldnt do it remotely.

Poor quality

Setup screen so small I can't read it with my glasses on and I bought one last year that drains the batteries in hours

Horrible Customer Service

Everyone time you need to speak to someone its a 2 hour wait. A lot of the updates they push out cause issues and you have call the and wait 2 hours and 50% of the time they need to escalate to someone else.

Add more customer service reps. You obviously need them. I have 5 of your cameras and will start to switch to a competitor if customer service doesn’t improve

terrible customer service!! double billed me and they dont return emails, put me on hold 2 days in a row. 30 minutes 1 day, i finally hung up. called repeatedly today only to get a busy signal. am on hold for thirty minutes now as i write this review. PATHETIC CS

A credit to my card for the double billing

NO customer service help!

Camera worked fine the first hunting season but when tried to set it up for up coming hunting season it would not connect to the network. I tried calling CS numerous times (always busy) and I even sent an email with NO Reply after 3 weeks of waiting. I wasted $300 on Stealth camera!

Angry customer

I received an E mail on Aug 12 saying my cameras were suspended for non payment. I have auto pay which pays on about the 26th. of each month. I went on your web site, and payed the bill anyway. My cameras show active, but have not uploaded any pictures since Aug 12. I need my "extra" payment I made on the 12th refunded, so my normal auto pay can take over on the 26Th. Will not answer phone. aw

Over charge

was working great and was paying $10 dollas a month. after seven months they was another 75 dollars. Im still on hold like everyone else. They were great, but not at this cost.

QUIT WORKIING TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Camera was working great then it had me do an update, and now it won't turn on, saying on the app about no cellular connection. From what I have read the long wait on hold common and no responses to emails. Guess I should have stayed with my moultrie brand I was already using. The next step is to try the GSM outdoors and see if that gets me anywhere. Total BS for a camera that costs $180

WXA Stealth Cam sucks

After setting up the AT&T and the Stealth app. The camera does not send pics. Reloaded everything and same results. I wasted many hours and will never purchase another Stealth cam again.

I purchased 3 Stealth Cam Fusions apprx 2 weeks ago. My mistake . I have some questions regarding the cameras but I guess I will have to take them back as they will not answer phone calls or emails. *** of a way to do business.

Poor customer service

Had 2 cameras with problems. They were past the warranty date so was offered two new cameras at 40% discount. I agreed and paid for cameras and shipping. It has now been 49 days and no cameras. I have phone in on 2 occasions and no one seems to be able to tell me why my cameras are not being sent. You are literally on hold for over an hour waiting for a customer service rep to take your call. They have your number and when you get disconnected they don't bother to call you back so you have to start over.

User's recommendation: If your warrant is outdated, purchase your cameras from another company as this company has no customer service at all.

Customer Service BAD - Stealth Cam COMMAND Upgrade info

Weeks trying to talk to someone - NOT A CHANCE. If they did answer I was transferred and no one ever picked up. NOT EXAGERATING - HOURS ON HOLD each time I called. NOTE: Their directions on upgrading your cell camera is WRONG - for the STC - GXATW it says on step # 14 to leave the selector switch on TEST but you actually need to switch to ON so the INITIALIZING MODEM begins to run. Then it will complete new upgrade set up and you can sync with your new APP. So SAD there's no help with this....these things cost MONEY!!!!!!!

User's recommendation: Find a friend who has one.....a smart friend. Customer Service does not exist at this place.

Customer service and warranty

I purchased a camera Model STC-TS16K around February of this year. It worked for roughly 2 months and went down. Didn't get around to contacting the company until today. Called company and they gave me the option of them calling me back or to wait on the line. I opted for the call back. A gentleman called me back and inquired about my problem. I explained the problem and he described to me how to do a "Hard Reset". It didn't work so he said that they would replace it for me if I paid the shipping of the new camera and the return of the old camera.I agreed. He told me he was having computer problems and to please hang on. He then hung up on me. I waited for a return call and NOTHING. I called back and once again opted for the call back. This time a woman called me back. I explained the situation that had happened with the previous call. She told me that they wouldn't replace it but they would give me either a 40% or 50% discount depending on if I wanted to return the old one or not. She then told me the nearest camera that they had would cost me around $160 AFTER the discount! I only paid about $130 for the broken camera!!! They sell you "refurbished" cameras but they don't do repairs! What a RACKET! Sell low quality product that lasted 2 months and then wont repair but try to sell you another one! I bought this camera to try a better quality one than the $20 Walmart junk that I have used before. Oh, and the second call ended with her pulling the "Can you hear me now?" routine..
