No support service and bad product

Have a cam over one year, now put in new battery and do not come one, call customer service and hold for an hr, when they transfer to tech support and they just hang up, after 3 time, put it in trash can, forget it. I still love my Moultrie 3 yrs. Do not buy from Sams club, the cheaper you pay, the shorter the life of the cam

Angry customer

I received an E mail on Aug 12 saying my cameras were suspended for non payment. I have auto pay which pays on about the 26th. of each month. I went on your web site, and payed the bill anyway. My cameras show active, but have not uploaded any pictures since Aug 12. I need my "extra" payment I made on the 12th refunded, so my normal auto pay can take over on the 26Th. Will not answer phone. aw

Bought 10 and camera mobile support sucks

I bought 10 and set them up to find out after paying to have them set up the cameras take picture but, DO NOT send pictures because the mobile service isnt working. Call for 5 days to two different numbers to hear a recording for 10hrs, Covert cameras does not have this issue.

Over charge

was working great and was paying $10 dollas a month. after seven months they was another 75 dollars. Im still on hold like everyone else. They were great, but not at this cost.

Poor customer service

Called for some technical support and was on hold for 56 minutes( on 8/17/21 at 3:02 pm) before I could speak with someone. This has happened to me in the past. This is ridiculous customer support. They want to sell you their product but they do not want to support their product with good customer service. Look for alternative source for outdoor camera needs. Owners manual has difficult directions. Look to choose an alternative source for your sportineeds

Technical support

Terrible response to phone calls. On hold for 56 minutes! And this has happened before. Calling them is like calling the IRS, on hold for a long time. This is poor customer service. They want to sell you the product but they don't want to support you with good customer service. I suggest you find an alternative source for your outdoor sporting camera selection. In addition their service manual is limited on directions. Not easy to follow. Fi

Customer service absolutely unreachable !!!!

I have four stealth cam Fusion cameras. 2020 I had two issues, first my fault batteries went dead in one camera and upon replacing them it would not reconnect to the internet for transmitting photos to my phone. It took 5, NOT minutes or hours, but 5 DAYS to get a customer tech on the phone. The issue was corrected in about 15 minutes and started transmitting. 2nd issue while in my bow stand I had multiple deer come and feed at the corn pile and not a single photo was taken or transmitted to my phone. I'm writing this on Aug. 16th 2021 as I'm on hold now for 42 minutes with issue 3. All four cameras quit transmitting on Aug 13th winch is a Friday and customer service in not open through weekends. the wekends. min phone

Bought back in June 2021, worked for a week then stopped want even come on. Called customer service and lady told me cam is fried she would have another sent to me. She said it would be 5 to 7 days for cam to get to me. I waited almost a month called 2nd time a lady answered I told her what happened and also that I have been waiting for cam she told me that she would get one to me right away and no cam still. Called 3rd time She wanted proof of purchase I sent her my receipt and was told ok sending NO CAM! Terrible

Piece of trash. Should have checked the reviews before I purchased. Will not connect to the phone, no response from the company. Very few folks gave this product a 4-5 star rating. Most were not satisfied. As I am now happy with spending money on a useless product.

Poor results

camera would not work from the very start at set up. Phone call to your support did not help. Representative recommended I return the camera to the store where I purchased. I did that. Store did not have the same camera. Therefore I suspended, cancelled your service and will look for a camera that will work.
